Our Shipping Guidelines
What we offer:

- Free shipping on orders over $200
We take pride in fast dispatch times and will do everything to get your order shipped as fast as possible! Our dispatch time is approximately two working days from our Auckland warehouse.
Once your item has left our warehouse, its time in transit is dependent on the postal service. Please be mindful of this.

Our Returns Policy
Returns accepted on faulty items. Simply email us a photo of the damage and we will endeavour to replace it fast.
For change of mind returns, simply ship it back to our Auckland warehouse and we will refund your money. Email us with your details and we will process your refund.
If you have opened the bag unfortunately, we can not accept it. Our customers and users, many being young school children, are our top priority, and we will always ensure their safety first.
We must be able to guarantee what we put into the bags.
