How much will shipping cost?

- Shipping costs vary depending on the size, quantity, and destination of your order. For orders up to 10kg, a flat shipping fee of $18 applies. Orders over 10kg will incur a $28 shipping fee.

Are your products stocked locally from New Zealand?

- Yes. We have a warehouse in Auckland, centrally located for distribution and ready to be shipped via our preferred couriers.

When are orders dispatched?

- Orders are typically sent out on the same day if received by 1 pm.

How long will it take to get our order?

- You will receive your order 2 to 5 days and can take up to 10 days in rural areas

Can we pick up our order from the Depot?

- We are purely an online presence and do not have the facility for customers to pick up from the warehouse

- Yes, our Holi Powder is authentically made in India, adhering to strict quality requirements.

Is your Holi Powder Fire Resistant?

- Our Holi Powder is specially formulated to be fire-resistant, designed for direct application to people. Eye protection is recommended.

Is your Holi Powder Non-Toxic?

- All our powders are crafted from natural ingredients (maize starch and vegetable colours). MSDS and certificate of Analysis are available upon request.

Does your Holi Powder wash off clothing easily?

- It's advisable to wear older or disposable clothing. While Holi Colour Powder generally doesn't stain, it may leave a light-coloured wash on clothing. Best washed separately.

How much powder do we need for our School Fun Run?

We would recommend 250 grams per student. This will give you plenty of powder if you use a distribution method. We recommend using squeeze bottles to distribute the powder, which will help the powder to go further.

If you just grab a handful and throw it, you will burn through the powder very fast.
